Products & Services
ComiKart will be selling various products primarily relating to comics. Comics are cartoon/picture books depicting stories. These come in various sizes and genres like humor, superhero, romance, action, horror, western, adventure, sci-fi, etc. Plans also include to sell new items as and when we tieup with various vendors or source from them to offer their products. ComiKart will try to describe the products as accurately as possible. For any error creeping in inadvertently, ComiKart will not be held liable.
ComicKart will endeavor to provide a number of internet-based services through the Web Site. Presently, one such service will allow users to purchase products (items described in products section). An user upon placing an order & ComiKart receiving payment confirmation for the order shall ship the product to the user.
Shipping & Delivery
comikart.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
Flat Shipping & Handling charge for each order
The shipping & handling charge for each order is a flat Rs 100, irrespective of the number of products ordered. While ordering the products you might see a shipping charge of Rs 100 for each product, but while making payment only Rs 100 will be charged for the entire order. This policy may be changed as and when required.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
If the delivery address entered by the Customer is wrong due to which the package returns back or does not return back, then customer is liable to pay for re-shipping or bear the loss as per the status of the package. So request every buyer to enter the correct data and recheck the Address before confirming the order.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9619950839 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
