How do I cancel an order on comikart.com?

No cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed.

Refunds, if any will be made in the same form that the payment is received.

Return Policy

Purchases cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a mistake in sending the right product. In case of backissue comics or any printed material, please look at the grading, notes & image scans of the products before buying.

But, if you are not satisfied with the transaction please communicate to us. We will look into it.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9619950839 or email us at connect@comikart.com mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
